Foreign exchange trading policy

Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have a period of thirty (30) business days from the delivery date to exchange the product you purchased or received as a gift.

To request an exchange for your product, you must meet the following conditions:

It must not have been used, washed, or damaged.
It must retain the original tag. We suggest you try on garments before removing it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
The purchase invoice or gift certificate must be presented.
Promotional items or items purchased in the "Sale" section are not eligible for exchange, except for warranty issues.
