Cancellation and Returns Policy

The legal term to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days from the delivery of the good, in which case KYDOS S.A.S will refund the total amount paid for the product purchased, without any discounts or withholdings being applied.
The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. The cost of transportation and any other costs incurred in exercising this right will be assumed by the customer, within a period of thirty (30) calendar days.
 
RETURN POLICY
Returns will only apply when the customer exercises their right of withdrawal or due to product warranty.
The return and exchange process will be carried out through our WhatsApp line +573147998175. After the initial communication, you will receive an email requesting the following information:
  • Full name
  • ID number
  • Bank
  • Account type
  • Account number
 
QUALITY CLAIMS
We will authorize the repair or exchange of a product, provided that it has been used and cared for properly and presents quality issues.
All requests for exchange due to quality issues will be submitted for review by our technical department. If the warranty is effective, we will cover shipping costs. However, if it is not accepted due to non-compliance with the indicated conditions, within fifteen (15) days following the date of your claim, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. You must pay the freight for this shipment to the transport company upon delivery of the product.
Before processing a claim, we suggest you consult the most common cases of rejection of exchanges due to improper use of garments:
The three (3) month time limit after the purchase was delivered to make the claim has been exceeded.
  • Failure to follow the washing and care instructions for the garment on the product label.
  • Use of deodorants with chemicals that discolor fabrics.
  • Use of chemicals or bleach during washing.
  • Discoloration due to direct sun drying.
  • The garment was altered or modified by the customer, and its shape was therefore damaged.
  • Prints, appliqués, or embroideries were ironed.
  • Normal wear and tear of the garment.
  • The garment's design has an artisanal process that results in unique and irregular finishes within the same batch.
 
COLORS
KYDOS S.A.S has made an effort to display the colors of the garments as close to reality as possible. However, the color of the garments displayed on screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the computer monitor or mobile device screen (Tablet or Cell Phone). Therefore, we cannot always guarantee that the colors displayed will faithfully match reality.
